Oceancrest was retained by a commercial real estate lender to provide underwriting services. The underwriting process was done at both the initial stage, to determine whether or not the lender wishes to pursue, as well as final underwriting to deternmine a plan for funding the investment.
In conjunction with this assignment, Oceancrest went on-site to provide underwriting support as the deal flow warrants. Oceancrest provided underwriting services in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
